The success story of our ok.- private brand has moved into the next round. On 21st of January the ok.- latte macchiato was launched as the latest product in the ok.- family.
This trendy drink is sold in all formats and appeals primarily to the tastes of younger consumers. In the next few weeks, other new items such as sandwiches, ice creams and chocolate bars will follow. In the avec. channel, 2010 started straightaway with 20 new products, including the ok.- plain and paprika potato crisps, pasta sauces, toast crackers, pretzels and bruschetta. There are more than 60 ok.- products on sale through avec., and 20 articles at k kiosk. By the end of March, a total of about 100 ok.- products will be available.
6 million ok.-Energy Drink cans sold
The ok.- Energy Drink, the first product of the ok.- product line, is a huge success! Between the launch at the end of June until the end of 2009, 6 million cans were sold. Besides the Energy Drink, it is mainly drinks like mineral water, fruit juice and ok.- beer that are popular. Among the confectionery, chocolate products and chewing gum are among the frontrunners. In the non food area, other products will be added to the ok.- umbrella that has already been launched.
