For personal reasons, Lorenzo Trezzini, the Valora Group’s CFO, has decided to relinquish his position and leave Valora’s Group Executive Management. He will remain with Valora and continue to carry out his current duties until a successor has been appointed.
Valora’s Board of Directors regrets this and thanks Lorenzo Trezzini for his substantial commitment to the Valora Group over the last four years and for all his hard work for the company. The Board respects his decision and wishes him the best for the future, both personally and professionally.
