Valora introduces new group-wide visual identity

How do you capture the moments when people briefly pause during their journey, whether for a morning coffee, a warm pretzel between meetings or a freshly made sandwich on the way home? This question marked the starting point of a project that Valora initiated around a year ago. The result is a new visual language that will shape the future communications of both Valora and its brands.

To develop the new visual identity, Valora partnered with Swiss photographer Dominik Baur. Across numerous locations in Switzerland and Germany, from city centers and railway stations to bus stops and service stations, images were created that connect everyday moments with Valora's brands and foodvenience offerings. The result is a distinctive visual style that creates a sense of closeness, authenticity and relevance by putting people at the center.

"The new visual identity creates a unifying thread across our brands and brings to life what connects them: the people on the move whom we serve every day. It visualizes our ambition to brighten up our customers' day and makes our shared purpose tangible across the entire brand portfolio," says Sascha Heiniger, Head of Corporate Communications & Strategic Branding at Valora Group.

The new imagery will be used across Valora's internal and external communications as well as throughout its brands and formats. It will contribute to a consistent visual identity across markets while strengthening the connection between Valora's brands and the people they serve every day.
