Valora’s trainee programme is designed as an entry level training and development programme for qualified university graduates. The aim of the programme is to train and develop the next generation of employees for the long term.
Over the course of a 12-month period the trainees prepare themselves for future management responsibilities at Valora. The trainee programme has been a firm fixture at Valora since 2008. In the introductory phase our trainees receive an insight into the different areas and sales formats within our business. In addition, they get to know all the key people and interfaces and build a network of contacts within Valora. The focus of the trainee programme lies on training the trainees on the job. This is accompanied by individually customised training measures.
