Valora completed its divestment of the Naville logistics and distribution business on August 30, 2016. The transaction will take effect retroactively from March 1, 2016. Valora's transaction partner is Thomas Kirschner, the proprietor of the 7Days Group. Switzerland's federal Competition Commission has granted unconditional approval for the merger of the two operations.
