Andreas Berger, head of Valora Retail Switzerland, has decided to take up a position outside Valora and will be leaving the company at the end of this month. At that time, Michael Mueller, the Valora Group's CEO, will take on Andreas Berger's duties in addition to his other responsibilities.
Valora's Board of Directors and Group Executive Management are grateful to Andreas Berger for the professional work he has carried out and the substantial commitment he has demonstrated during the nearly five years he has been with the company. Much has been achieved under his leadership, most notably the restructuring of the Group's convenience business, particularly within the k kiosk network in Switzerland. He was also instrumental in opening up new business areas for Valora.
